Refund Policy

General statement

At GradifyNow, we value our clients and strive to provide transparent and fair policies to ensure a satisfactory experience. Our refund policy regarding token amounts and seat booking charges is designed to align with our internal practices while prioritizing customer satisfaction. Any other applicable/miscellaneous/operational deductions while processing refund shall be subject to the sole discretion of GradifyNow.

Token Amount Payment

• • Upon booking a seat with GradifyNow, clients are required to pay a token amount as per our internal policy. This token amount serves as a commitment from the client’s end to secure the booking.
• • The token amount is non-refundable, as it is intended to reserve the seat and initiate necessary arrangements in accordance with the client’s preferences.

Seat Booking Charges

GradifyNow charges a booking amount of ₹35,000/- for each seat reservation. In the event of cancellation or modification of the booking by the client, the following refund policy applies:

• • If a seat is unavailable, a refund will be processed after deducting operational charges.
• • If the client wishes to cancel their seat, the fees will be non-refundable.
• • If there is a delay in document submission by the client, resulting in the unavailability of a seat, the fees will also be non-refundable.

Exceptions

GradifyNow reserves the right to make exceptions to this refund policy on a case-by-case basis, depending on extenuating circumstances or unforeseen events.

This refund policy is subject to change at the discretion of GradifyNow. Any revisions or updates will be communicated to our clients in a timely manner.

Acceptance

By booking with GradifyNow, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this refund policy.
